Philosophy

Relationships are a significant aspect of the building process. Our appreciation for long term relationships with subcontractors and venders translates to consistent quality and seamless continuity as we build your new home. Most of the skilled craftsmen working with Pitts & Associates have worked with us since early on in the company’s history. We believe that we produce our best work when these same hands create homes of the highest standards over and over. Our team continually looks for ways to refine and improve the processes and systems in place.

Biography

Tony’s passion for building began as a young man working summer jobs while in high school and college. After graduation from Hampden – Sydney College in 1988, Tony took these experiences and started Pitts & Associates. Early on in his career, he realized that he was most interested in and best suited to lead a small, custom home building business. His desire to work personally with each client helped grow the business into one of the Richmond areas most desired luxury home providers crafting no more than five residences at a time. Remaining small allows Tony and his team the opportunity to give his clients the highest levels of quality and service.
